Achievements

1. Completed Procurement of contracting, kitchen equipment, FF&E, and consultancy services of (AED 850m) for development and renovation of 5-star Hotel.

2. Prepared various delay and disruption claims of AED 200m for construction contractors.

3. Drafted and reformed various types of: RFPs and Instruction to tenderers; Maintenance and operation service agreements with design , cost, and PMCs and contractors; particular conditions and collateral warranties for Contractors and Subcontractors; JV agreements and interior fit-out subcontracts

4. Created a list of companies/suppliers for each trade and price benchmarking for several types of projects

5. Drafted Client’s and Contractor’s statement of claims and defence of AED 400m (i.e. variations, delay and disruption, breach of contract, EoT, prevention ...etc.).

6. Led a team of 8-10 Engineers and QS/planners for monitoring, controlling and cost analysis over 5-star Renovation Hotel and 18 multipurpose Buildings (5B+3P+12- 38 floors) of AED 3BN

7. Created KPIs for Maintenance contracts related to Infrastructure, 5-star Hotels, and roads and bridges

8. Successfully conducted negotiation, and value engineering processes with bidders and contractors and achieved substantial cost savings before and after entering into the agreement

9. Managed to achieve amicable settlement between various parties at disputes

10. Prepared successfully commercial and technical offers for tenders (e.g. PMCs, interior fit-out, infrastructure Contractor...)

11. Participated in curt and arbitration cases for contractors.
