Cost estimating and commercial management for construction projects
Drafting Agreements, Tender Documents and bespoke Particular Conditions
Draft and review the Scope of services before Tender
Prepare risk /opportunities register and the corresponding proposed plan
Negotiate Contract terms and conditions including pricing, period, scope responsibility, liability, and risk allocation and specification tolerances.
Contract administration; drafting correspondences, Claims, interim payment applications, and progress reports; and Contracts Closing out.
Prepare the time programme loaded with the corresponding detailed resources included the Material , labors, equipment and the finance Obtain client's approval , Monitor and control the performance Vs Planned.
Prepare Cost/time Impact/window analysis in case of variations, disruption or causes of claims.
Prepare the performance metrics with each update of programme.
Prepare the roles and the responsibilities for commercial team.
Prepare the completion certificates and closing out documents, final payment and performance certificates and collateral warranty.
Draft tender report and recommendations.
Conduct VE processes to reduce cost and enhance the design.
Establish budget for each area in the project.
